Erica joined Goodman Law in 2023 and brings with her a plethora of litigation knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Goodman Law, Erica practiced in a variety of areas, which included, plaintiff personal injury litigation, probate litigation, insurance defense, and disability rights. Erica was also a litigation paralegal for more than 15 years before attending law school and becoming an attorney. As a litigation attorney with Goodman Law, Erica will focus her practice on advocating for homeowners’ associations in contested litigation as well as offer general legal advice and counsel when needed.

In her free time, Erica enjoys being with her husband and three kids either traveling, exploring the outdoors, tasting new cuisines, or simply having a lazy day in the pool.

Erica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University. From there, she continued her studies and earned a Master of Forensic Science from National University followed by her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Erica was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure, Administrative Law, Introduction to Mediation, and ADR in the Criminal Context.

Erica is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, and Colorado. She is also licensed to practice before the Central and Southern Districts of California.
