Sean is our Chief Operating Officer. For Sean, leadership has never been about titles - it’s about people. His focus is growing and supporting our team that’s passionate about serving our clients. With over 30 years of experience in operations, sales, and business strategy, Sean is known for building high-performing teams, implementing scalable high-impact strategies, driving efficiencies, and aligning business operations with long-term goals. Prior to joining the firm, Sean held executive leadership positions at a well-known national community management company and General Motors Financial.

Sean was drawn to Goodman Law because of its values-driven and people-first culture. From his first conversation with founding attorney Clint Goodman, he recognized a genuine commitment to both clients and employees.

Outside of the office, Sean is a dedicated father of two incredible kids and finds the most joy in being present for life’s everyday moments. When he’s not at a school event or cheering from the sidelines, you’ll probably find him in his workshop, turning ideas into handcrafted projects.

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University
